Azalea Banner Project

Muskogee, Ok's one-of-a-kind Azalea Banner Project consists of 100 paintings by local artists. The banners are hung in Muskogee throughout April during the Azalea Festival. They are auctioned in May at a party in the Azalea Gardens.
